By using FirstWave, you agree to the following terms.
FirstWave is a marketplace connecting brands (clients) and creators for promotion through Threads posts. A brand creates an order with a CPM rate, a creator posts content to the brief, and payment is calculated from actual views.
Using the service requires a verified email. A single account can be both a brand and a creator at the same time.
You must provide accurate information and must not share access to your account with third parties.
A brand sets a budget and CPM rate for an order and agrees to pay for actual views within that budget.
A creator publishes content according to the order brief using their own Threads account and submits the post link in the service for tracking.
The mechanism for topping up balance and withdrawing funds is described in your dashboard and may change as the service evolves. Current terms are always available there at the time of the transaction.
Creators retain authorship of the content they create. By publishing a post for a brand's order, the creator grants the brand the right to use that specific post within the scope of the order (for example, for campaign reporting and promotion).
A brand reviews a creator's draft/post within a reasonable time. In a dispute between a brand and a creator, the service administration may make the final decision.
FirstWave is not an advertising agency and does not guarantee specific reach or outcomes for a post — this depends on Threads' own algorithms, which we do not control.
FirstWave is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Threads is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
We may restrict or terminate access to an account for violating these terms or signs of fraud.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
